The photographs on this and the following pages are samples of Federal Style Mantels, Cornices, and Full Order Treatments for 8' rooms. Using period pattern books and measured drawings of historic house, the samples were constructed to determine the feasibility of reproducing 18th c. designs using modern machinery and materials.
